On the positive side, the office was impeccably clean, the staff was friendly, and the dental assistants were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The hygienist demonstrated great care and attention to detail during the cleaning process, while the dentist's bedside manner was outstanding; my children, who typically fear dental visits, felt no pain or anxiety this time and even expressed a desire to return. However, I wasn’t aware that the services are extremely expensive compared to other dental offices. Now that I renewed my plan, I raised concerns about the costs and learned from the technician that I had chosen one of the pricier offices in the area. She even mentioned that the codes submitted for my insurance were unusual, as many other offices do not use them. Overall, if you can afford it, this dental office comes highly recommended, but if you're on a budget, it may not be the right choice for you.

If I could give ten stars, I would!!!! Best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office by far. The entire front desk staff (wish I got all their names) and office manager Felicia were so warm and welcoming, Dr. Zapata was gentle and kind, his team was incredible (shoutout Reyna and Z!!), and the endodontist Dr. Kuo was friendly, thorough and efficient! At eight months pregnant, I was super nervous to get a root canal but they made the whole process easy, comfortable, and painless…even going as far as to lend me their mini portable AC unit for my visit (because pregnant + summer + nerves = a whole lotta sweat). I heard several staff members on the phone helping other patients while I was in the waiting area (for no more than five minutes between two visits, by the way) and it’s clear this team really truly cares for people. The WHOLE team actually *cares* about their patients. In 2025?! I’m blown away by the quality of service and care I received. This is how all care teams should be!!! 👏 Just incredible service all the way around and I’ll never go anywhere else. Kudos to the *entire* staff and my most sincere thanks for making a daunting (but necessary) procedure feel like a walk in the park. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER, CLERMONT MODERN DENTISTRY!!!!

Clermont Modern Dentistry has provided me with the friendliest, kindest, and all around best dental experience of my life. If you need ANY dental care, reconstruction, or just an evaluation, I only recommend them. 5 stars, and two thumbs way way up!
