I had a very frustrating start to my previous appointment at this office. I did not want to go back. The time management was subpar and I ended up spending over an hour at the office for a five minute visit. However, what could’ve been a completely negative experience was saved by two exceptional members of the staff, Felicia & Reina. Felicia was fantastic. After my appointment, she had clearly been made aware of the issue, and not only offered a sincere apology, but also went above and beyond to make my next visit as smooth and as quick as possible. She handled everything seamlessly and truly made me feel valued as a patient. During my most recent visit, Reina, who worked with me, was an absolute professional. She was incredibly efficient and skilled, and she moved with a sense of urgency and precision.
