It is unusual for me to do a long review, but my experience this morning with Clermont Modern Dentistry was amazing. I was a walk-in to this office this morning for the crown on one of my molars had fallen off. The dentist that I have been using for 20+ years was on a cruise and would not be able to see me until he returned next week. So because I drive by this office on my way home every day I thought that I would stop in to see if they could help me. Upon my arrival in this office I was greeted by two very pleasant people behind the counter (sorry, I did not make a note of their names) who were extremely welcoming and helpful in getting me worked into today's schedule. Every person that I came in contact with here was outstanding. The building was spotless. Dr. Patil made me feel like I was meeting a new, old friend. She wanted to know a little bit about me as a person and took her time to have an actual conversation with me! After viewing the X-Ray scans and examining my tooth, she gave me the options that I could choose from with a very caring, honest approach. Caroline was the X-Ray tech and made sure that I was comfortable while getting the many scans completed. Reina, who assisted Dr. Patil with my procedure, was knowledgeable and competent (and had a nice singing voice as she hummed along with the music playing in the office). Felicia, the office manager, took her time to fully explain the costs and fees of my treatment so that I had a complete understanding of my financial obligation. They were able to repair my tooth, prepare it for its new crown, and the crown itself was made right there in the office while I waited. Outstanding.

Wonderful experience. I haven’t been to a dentist for a while. Always thought I was getting screwed, kinda like dealing with a lawyer. But Dr. Kovinsky was knowledgeable, friendly & willing to explain the diagnosis. The entire staff made me feel like a friend, listening to my concerns & taking the time to insure I understood everything. This office is a 11 star out of 10. Extra shout to Mari & Felicia.

I’ve been to many dental offices over the years, but this one is by far the best-run practice I’ve experienced. The atmosphere is welcoming, and there’s a genuinely positive vibe throughout. From the cleaning with Maria, the extraction process with Reina, to the numerous interactions with Dr Kovinsky (who is phenomenal) & the rest of her staff- I've been extremely impressed with the entire operation. The team is engaged, professional, and seems truly happy to be here, which has made every visit comfortable and stress-free. I am very glad that I found this office- and will continue to be a patient here!
